Ok… No exactly from a desktop but from a desktop application.

Currently I have 3 blogs – this one, keeper.lv and blog for Movie Adviser. Of course, each one has it own control panel for administration and posting, and it makes some inconvenience. But for this I have a solution – a desktop client for WordPress. After trying 3 or 4 application my selection stopped at ecto.

Main features I like:

  • multiple acount support;
  • enough intuitive user interface;
  • both WYSIWYG and source (HTML) editor;
  • tag and category support;
  • custom tags – saved HTML code snippets.

Add, of course, best feature is ability to create and edit my post in offline.
